What I worked on
- Led the AI team and production roadmap at Gino Legal Tech with the CEO, Product, and Legal teams.
- Built extraction, clause review, Word redlining, amendment, and agent-assisted contract workflows.
- At Tomorro, led three AI engineers building the agent foundation, hybrid retrieval, and GraphRAG for contract repositories.
In production
- A 48% reduction in processing time across Gino Legal Tech contract workflows.
- Product satisfaction at Tomorro increased from 75% to 92% during this work.

Legal AI made the limits of a technically correct answer very concrete. Evidence, playbooks, permissions, and the point where a person stays in control are all part of the architecture.
